The fee includes conference attendance, proceedings charges, daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks and receptions. It also includes conference-arranged round trip transportation between the Heraklion International Airport and the Rithymna Beach Hotel for those arriving on June 17 or June 18 and departing on June 24 only. This service is also offered to accompanying family members or companions at a price of $50 per person to be paid by check or cash upon arrival. For arrivals or departures on other dates, taxi service is available at the airport or can be arranged directly with the hotel at the expense of the participant. Participants are urged to finalize payment of registration fees prior to the start of the conference, but credit cards and cash payments will be accepted on site.  Note that wire transfers must include additional fee of $50 to account for the bank charges.
