The conference will take place at the Aquila Rithymna Beach Hotel located 78 km west of Heraklion, Crete. This venue is a five star luxury resort and has been the site for most of these International Conferences on Applications of Nuclear Techniques.

Heraklion is served by daily flights from Athens and various cities in Europe, and by several ferries from Piraeus (the port of Athens). The ferries depart daily in the early evening and arrive early next morning at the port of Heraklion.

All conference activities and social events will take place at the Rithymna Beach Hotel. Reservations must be made by May 1, 2026 to guarantee a room at this hotel. The conference rates apply to the nights of June 21 through 26 and include three special dinners and closing Gala night event for participants and their guests. Please note that the conference starts with a reception and dinner on Sunday evening June 21. The gala dinner is on Friday, June 26. We strongly recommend that you participate in the full week-long program of activities. Breakfasts also  are included in the room rates.

Under special arrangement, the conference rates (except for environmental fees, TBD) for June 21 through June 26 are:

         Double room                                     €289 per day (half board)
         Single room                                       €226 per day (half board)​​

For participants arriving before June 21 or departing after June 26 (3 days before and after), the rates are:

Standard double room for single use : 191,00 €

Standard double room : 218,00 €

Those wishing to stay in other hotels or pensions on the island may do so by arranging their own accommodations and transportation to the conference. However, participation at the gala dinner and all other activities organized through the Rithymna (included in the above hotel rates) must be paid separately.
